What happens if someone doesn’t show up or leaves early?

We see who joined and for how long, so there’s nothing to mark after the call.

• The participant doesn’t show: you pay nothing, and they get a strike.
• The call ends early: they’re paid for the minutes you talked. Calls under 10 minutes aren’t paid.
• You don’t join: the participant still gets the full reward.
• The call runs to its booked end: paid in full.

Money that wasn’t used comes back to you when the study ends.
