How do I sign up as a participant?

Tap Get paid to test, create your account with your email, Google, Apple or LinkedIn, and confirm your email. Then build your profile so we can match you with studies.

What information do I need to give when I sign up?

Your name, email and a few details about you, such as where you live, your work and the devices you use. It helps us show you studies you qualify for.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Your answers are only shared with the team running the study you apply to, and we never sell your data.

Do I need any qualifications to take part in studies?

No. Researchers want to hear from people of all ages and backgrounds. Each study has a short screener to check it is a good fit.

How do I find out about new studies?

New studies that match your profile appear in Studies for you. Keep your profile up to date to see more of them.

How and when do I get paid?

After your session, your reward is paid straight to your mobile money account. A typical 30-minute session pays GHS 80.

How do I give feedback or report a problem during a study?

Open the session from My studies and choose Report a problem. If something is wrong with a payment, use Something’s wrong with my payment in Earnings.
