What’s the difference between a call and a task test?

• Call: a video call with the researcher at the time you booked. Your camera is optional.
• Task test: simple instructions you follow on your own, recording yourself as you go. Do it when it suits you.

Both work from a link on your phone or laptop. There’s no app to download.
