What is the 10% service charge for?

The service charge pays for running myUsersInsight: calls, recordings, transcripts and hosting. It’s added on top of rewards at checkout and when you add funds.
It never comes out of participants’ rewards and isn’t used to pay sessions. It isn’t refunded.
